IDET 2021

At IDET 2021, NEXTER and KMW presented themselves at the joint KNDS booth with the CAESAR wheeled howitzer and the Leopard 2 A7V. In this way, both companies underscored their ties with the Czech Republic and Eastern Europe. A few days before, NEXTER signed a contract for the delivery of 52 CAESAR 8X8 artillery systems with the Czech Republic.

IDET, the International Fair of Defense and Security Technology, is one of the biggest shows of the defense technology in Central and Eastern Europe. The trade show takes place in Brno (Czech Republic) every two years. Exhibitors from all over the world present their products to international military delegations and professionals. Part of each run is a varied accompanying program in which defense technology experts discuss topical issues. Conceived as a pro-export platform for the Czech defense and security industry, the exhibition association enjoys strong support and presence of important representatives of politics and military of the Czech Republic.
