KNDS reaffirms its long-term commitment to the Colombian Army at the EXPODEFENSA trade show
BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA, 1–3 DECEMBER – KNDS, the European leader in land defense systems, is present at the EXPODEFENSA trade show, reaffirming its historic partnership with the Ejército Nacional de Colombia and its commitment to sustainably support the evolution of its operational capabilities.
For many years, KNDS has been a trusted partner of the Ejercito Nacional de Colombia, notably through the supply of 23 105LG guns, which are now fully integrated into its artillery units and regularly deployed across a wide range of missions. This shared feedback illustrates the reliability of KNDS artillery solutions, as well as the quality of the cooperation maintained with the Ejército Nacional de Colombia.
During the exhibition, KNDS is showcasing its solutions and remains attentive to the current and future needs of the force in terms of fire support. The group is therefore presenting its comprehensive artillery solutions, ranging from its 105 mm systems to the most advanced 155 mm capabilities, including the CAESAR 6x6, a global benchmark in wheeled artillery.
Beyond artillery, KNDS is presenting its medium -and large-caliber ammunition solutions for all armed forces and is also highlighting its expertise in airborne weapon systems, as well as its portfolio of armored vehicles, designed to meet the most demanding operational environments. This integrated offering demonstrates the group’s ability to support the Colombian armed forces in the overall modernization of their land capabilities.
