The KNDS Deutschland test laboratory has been accredited for over 25 years with experience in the field of EMC-compliant concepts for assemblies, components and radio systems
At our locations in Kassel and Munich, two EMC halls are available with the appropriate measuring equipment and trained personnel. Components and vehicles which are as large as an articulated bus or a battle tank can be tested in these accredited test laboratories according to the relevant standards and regulations.
ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for many EMC standards (interference emission/interference resistance)
Measurement of conducted and radiated interference
Testing of conducted and radiated interference
Test reports to verify compliance with applicable standards, guidelines and customer-specific requirements
Comprehensible instructions for solving EMC problems
Support for EMC-suitable hardware design of printed circuit boards
Support in conceptual layout of antenna positions
Two large absorber halls allow measurements on large assemblies or vehicles.
At these locations, we have two absorber halls for test specimens weighing up to 60 t including exhaust gas extraction and vehicle turntables. The halls are approved restricted zones and can be used for checking classified material.
Burst, surge, vehicle and ESD test stations are available in addition to EMC cabins for testing subsystems or assemblies. The video monitoring of test specimens including the video recording of interference contributes to the better documentation and development of accompanying support activities.
