CAESAR® Ready Dashboard Trainer

The READY Dashboard Trainer is a solution developed by KNDS France Training to eanble crews to learn how to use the READY Dashboard simulateur.

The READY Dashboard Trainer consists of two interfaces providing a complete view of the READY trainer and the CAESAR® 3D model.

The READY Dashboard Trainer interface is identical to the one found on the CAESAR®, including all the associated functions. When a learner uses the READY Dashboard Trainer, he will be able to find the desired action on the CAESAR® 3D model instantly.

READY SIMULATOR CONFIGURATIONS AND MODES

The READY simulator is available in different configurations:

• Briefcase Configuration: This version includes a remote tablet displaying the actual READY interface and a screen showing 3D animations of the CAESAR® 8x8 or 6x6.
• PC Configuration: Offered as software/an application (.exe format) that can be installed on a computer. It can be used with either a dual-screen or single-screen setup, in which case the READY interface merges with the 3D environment.

The simulator offers two modes:

• Simulator Mode (Sandbox Mode): The trainee interacts with the READY interface, and the dedicated 3D screen displays the corresponding behaviour and animations of the CAESAR® based on their actions.
• Training Mode (Step-by-Step Guided Procedures): The user learns to operate the various READY functionalities and menus by selecting a procedure and following it step by step. The 3D screen reflects the CAESAR®’s behaviour in real time according to the user’s actions.

The user can customise the experience by selecting the 3D environment (workshop or outdoor setting), language, display mode (single or dual-screen), adjusting viewpoints, and zooming in/out within the 3D environment.
