The 20M621 is a gas operated 20mm cannon tailored for being a reliable, simple and adaptable gun for various missions and needs.
FACTS ABOUT THE 20M261
Firing 20x102mm NATO Standard ammunition, it is the lightest and the most compact 20mm cannon in the world, adaptable on land, sea and naval application. It offers also a large scale of potential ammunition, in particular HEI ammunition.
Those abilities are coupled with an operational and maintenance simplicity (without any particular tool). An overmatch, this cannon is a real advantage when it faces 12,7 mm gun because of a similar recoil force, a better range (with a full efficiency up to 2.000m), a better efficiency (3 to 4 times superior: 9 times more explosive quantity and 26 times more splinters), impact and piercing ability (up to STANAG 4569 Level 4).
This cannon is battle-proven, currently uses by more than 25 armies in the world, including the French army, stressing its outstanding reliability. This cannon is used on 6 mounts made by KNDS France : SH20, POD NC621, THL20, NARWHAL, P20, ARX20.
This cannon is ITAR and BAFA free.
