Belgien entscheidet sich für LEGUAN Brückenleger von KNDS
München, 20. Januar 2026 – KNDS Deutschland (KNDS) und das belgische Verteidigungsministerium haben einen Vertrag über die Lieferung von acht LEGUAN Brückenlegern auf einer 10x10 Radfahrzeugplattform unterzeichnet. Der Auftrag, bei dem sich KNDS gegen mehrere Wettbewerber durchsetzen konnte, umfasst zusätzlich 17 LEGUAN 26m Brücken sowie ein Logistikpaket und Sonderwerkzeuge.
Der Vertragswert liegt bei rund 80 Mio. EUR.
Das LEGUAN Brückenverlegesystem ist in der Lage, 26 oder 14 Meter Brücken der Lastenklassen MLC 80 und MLC 100 bei Tag und Nacht aus einer geschützten Kabine heraus automatisiert zu verlegen und aufzunehmen.
Weltweit ist das LEGUAN System bereits bei 22 Armeen auf verschiedenen ketten- und radbasierten Plattformen im Einsatz oder in der Beschaffung.
