Sustainability at KNDS

In today’s rapidly evolving geopolitical landscape, marked by multiple sources of conflict and instability, KNDS embodies a united and efficient European defense model that contributes to stability and long-term security in Europe and beyond. At the core of this mission is our responsibility to stand alongside armed forces with advanced mission solutions.

Delivering on this responsibility starts with our people. They a key strategic asset for us and the driving force behind our performance, resilience and growth. KNDS is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful and safe working environment that attracts, develops and retains talent. This commitment is essential to the successful delivery of our growth ambitions. Sharing the same values, customer focus, accountability, safety, togetherness and entrepreneurship, strengthens the way we work together and helps us operate as ONE KNDS

Our mission must be supported by the highest standards of integrity. Across all KNDS entities, transparency, ethics and compliance form the foundation of the way we operate. This includes strict adherence to applicable regulations, reflecting the responsibility that comes with our role in the defense sector.

Responsible growth also means reducing our environmental footprint. KNDS is committed to minimizing the environmental impact of its operations and products across the value chain. In 2026, the Group defined its Scope 1 and Scope 2 transition plan, aligned with the objectives of the European Green Deal.

Together, these commitments reflect our ambition to integrate ESG into the way we conduct our business and fulfill our mission. In 2026, we reinforced our ESG governance, published our first ESG fact book and began preparations for our first CSRD report, currently expected to be published in 2027. We also joined the UN Global Compact in June 2026, further demonstrating our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
