The 25mm cannon is a combat-proven (VBCI-ARX25-DRAGAR) electromechanical cannon equipped with a dual feed mechanism.
This cannon can fire APFSDS ammunition, penetrating up to STANAG 4569 Level 5 and, neutralizing 98% of land threats to date.
This exceptional firepower ability is coupled with an outstanding efficient range up to 2.500m. Those abilities are comparable to 30mm weapons with an excellent ratio performance/cost.
This cannon is ITAR and BAFA free.
With its 25 mm caliber, the 25M811 delivers the perfect balance between the very high reliability, enhanced firepower and ownership cost (ammuntion cost, lifespan of the weapon). It can address several varieties of threats (armoured vehicles, aerial targets, and combat groups...).
Boasting a firing rate of 125 or 400 rounds per minute, this weapon can adjust the response to threats (precision, target numbers, saturation...).
The 25M811 uses 25×137 mm ammunition, including armor-piercing (APFSDS), high-explosive incendiary (HEI), tracer, and training rounds. This versatility allows it to adapt to a wide range of missions, from fire support to anti-aircraft engagements.
