From the DINGO 1 to the newest member of the DINGO family, the DINGO 3
When the DINGO 1 was introduced in the Bundeswehr almost 20 years ago, there was no telling how successful this series of vehicles would develop. Its successor, the DINGO 2, with its increased payload, has been put to hard use in many different versions. The newest member of the family, the DINGO 3, again with a greater payload, higher-performance chassis and more powerful engine, offers the customer even further expanded deployment possibilities.
Either as a 4x4 or 6x6 vehicle platform, its flexibility makes the DINGO 3 the perfect choice for any mission.
As the successor to the DINGO 2 HD, the DINGO 3 boasts enhanced capabilities and thus offers an expanded spectrum of use. Its mass production technology makes the DINGO 3 easy to handle in maintenance as well.

Versatile system carrier platform, reliable and mission-proven
Unlike conventional recovery vehicles, its compact size and high mobility allow it to follow patrols and convoys in deployment zones without trouble.
The configuration of the armoured steel safety cell with four side doors lays the foundation for many further vehicle variants. Its very high variability enables the stowage concept to individually integrate customer-specific equipment kits and be adapted to the task at hand.
Through the system-compatible integration of cutting-edge command technologies, KNDS Deutschland provides for rapid communication and thus effective action on military missions.

The protected engine hood houses the mission-proven 163 kW Mercedes-Benz power pack.
Defence
The vehicle can be equipped with a remote-controlled weapon station from KNDS Deutschland or alternative manufacturers.
Comfortable
The electrically driven rear ramp offers comfortable access to the interior of the vehicle.

The entire medical equipment kit was designed with mine and IED protection aspects in mind.
